When selecting a counselor, it is important to consider your own impressions of a therapist, including your sense of comfort and trust when you meet with her or him. I offer an up to 30 minute consultation at no charge. This is a time when you can get a sense of my work, and I can develop initial thoughts about how to be of help before you decide how to move forward.
